On Monday, 8 April 2024, the DigiPM project implementation team met in person at the modern premises of FEK ZČU to discuss key aspects and the future direction of the project. This day was an important milestone, bringing new ideas and strengthening the team spirit towards achieving common goals.
One of the key moments of the meeting was the presentation of the results of a recent survey that mapped the real knowledge and skills needs of project managers today. The contribution of the survey is invaluable, as it allows the content of the learning modules to be set exactly as the real world demands.
The project team was therefore able to design the structure of the learning modules and move forward again. This step is crucial for the educational aspect of the DigiPM project. The right module structure ensures that the learning materials are not only comprehensive and easy to understand, but also easily adaptable to the different needs and learning objectives of the users. The discussion on this topic was fruitful and led to a broad consensus on the key principles and objectives of the learning modules.
Last but not least, a graphic manual was presented to the team. This is an important document that defines the visual identity of the project, including the logo, colour scheme, typography and other visual elements. The graphic manual will ensure that all materials related to the DigiPM project are consistent and easily recognizable, which is essential for building a strong project brand and communicating with the public.
There was also a lunch together. There is nothing that brings a team together more than a shared meal. And what could be better than pizza? The choice of this universally popular dish not only delighted all participants, but also created a pleasant atmosphere that encouraged open and friendly communication. Once again, lunch together proved to be a great way to strengthen team spirit and cooperation.
