“The economy in the Czech Republic is largely based on industrial production. The development of industry stands and falls with the ability to increase competitiveness, introduce innovations and adapt to changing conditions on the national, but mainly international market. Introducing change, innovation, new products efficiently and sustainably is possible through project management. Knowledge of project management methods and tools for technical experts and managers working in industry is therefore a key knowledge for the further development of this field.”
