The implementation team is assembled with regard to the necessary competencies to meet the project objectives and deliverables – the researchers have considerable experience in teaching PM and managing real projects and applied knowledge of digital technologies including VR/AR. Key people in the solution team have experience in coordinating R&D projects including involvement in international activities, with MIT projects and in managing customer projects in business.
